Mom’s rock
The more I get into connecting with ‘mommy blogs’ as I affectionately call them, the more entertained, amused and tickled I am. As a childless-by-choice woman (I heard that at a dinner party recently) I only get to see into this world occasionally. While I do have a dear friend with triplets, she lives several states away and spares me the details. Knowing about the fluids, the bruises, and weird things kids do is enough to make me faint. Yes, I am a whimp.
So it’s with delight that I have I found myself laughing out loud over my laptop reading some of the wittiest, funniest, brightest diatribes posted by some of the smartest women on the planet. Seriously, these women have game. How could they not? The things you learn being a mom. Wow. I would explode.
Anyway, here are my favorite blogs to date. Rock on ladies. And thank you for putting it all out there to be the amazing mom’s you are.
AMALAH (this woman can write circles around anyone)
SLACKER MOMS R US (fabulous site!)
WHITE TRASH MOM (it ain’t easy being queen…)
COOL MOM PICKS (ok, this is a product review site, but it’s cool)
Do you have a favorite blog we should know about? Tell me.

Thanks so much for the shout-out, Kristen! Especially coming from a childless by choice woman (me for the first 35 years so I totally relate).

I just happened by your site today. I love the idea of affirmation blankets!
My favorite blog is called One Good Thing. She’s a fantastic writer who writes about her kids, her job, sex, feminism and things that happened when she grew up. Check out her archives because she got a full time job recently and doesn’t have as much time to write as she did before. (Also - some of the blog content is not appropriate to read in the office.) http://buggydoo.blogspot.com/

Thanks so much for considering my little blog worthy of your TOTALLY COOL blog and website. I am blown away by your products and MUST BUY ONE NOW. I am going to get one of your cool blankets for my friend who just underwent breast cancer surgery. Awesome and you and your blogs completely rock. Thanks again.
